Brendon has coached someone physically located on every continent on the planet, including Antarctica. Through these coaching sessions Brendon has developed his cultural intelligence and ability to work with a diverse range of people, cultures, environments and subject matter expertise.

Brendon was also the ICF Australasia ACT Branch president (2018 – 2020) and immediate past president (2020-2022) mentoring the current president and leadership team to grow and further professionalise coaches and coaching.
