This coach mentoring program will give you everything you need to do so AND the skills to be the best coach possible.
I don’t believe in just ticking boxes though so the program is designed to both deepen your understanding and demonstration of the ICF Core Competencies and your skills and confidence as a coach.
I will help to:

- Navigate the credentialing process smoothly
The mentoring package
7 hours of group coaching + 3 hours of one-on-one coaching completed in three months with a ICF PCC coach.
Small and intimate group size learning environment.
Satisfies ICF’s 10-hour credentialing requirement for mentor coaching.
The Group Sessions
1 x 1-hour session & 3 x 2-hour sessions.
During group sessions we will explore each of the competencies in detail through discussion, practice exercises, examples, and short demonstrations.
The focus competencies of the sessions is outlined below. To support your understanding, there is also a short pre-work activity and optional reading/viewing for each session.

Cost
The cost for 7 hours of group and 3 hours of individual mentoring is . Payable by bank transfer or credit card. Credit cards incur a 2.2% processing fee.
For ICF purposes, all sessions must be attended LIVE – it is not acceptable to listen to a recording later. Upon completion, your certificate will reflect the number of hours you attended.

I work as an Executive and Leadership Coach with leaders of all levels and backgrounds, I have coached someone on (nearly) every continent on the planet, just South America to go and have completed coach training with the Insitute of Executive Coaching & Leaderhip (IECL) and Global Coaching Institute.
I am a Past-President of the International Coaching Federation Chapter ACT Branch where I also held role as Membership and Credentialling Officer. In that role, I met helped coaches navigate the credentialling process.
I have been an ICF member since 2016 and achieved ICF PCC in 2021.
