Continuing to have impact when everything has changed.

I help people pursue their potential so that they are more engaged in their work, passionate about their careers and ultimately fulfilled in their lives.

I’ve recently been reflecting on what has changed and how I’ve responded to those changes since the move to social distancing due to COVID19. Something that I recognised I’m finding challenging is a reduction in my ability to have the impact I want to achieve through my work.

When I’m helping people pursue their potential I feel the most fulfilled and like I’m pursuing my own potential. With a number of workshops being cancelled or postponed and coaching sessions moving to virtual or phone I had a perception that I was less able to achieve this.

  • To be more mindful when I am coaching, training or facilitating, being present has helped me perform better and recognise the impact I am having
  • To reach out to people I haven’t connected with in a while and check in on how they are doing.
  • To sharpen the axe and complete training to develop myself so I have more skills to draw on to help others pursue their own potential e.g. upgrading my Cert IV in Training and Assessment, completing a Small Business Program, undertaking some coach mentoring to improve my coaching skills and organising accreditation in a new diagnostic tool.

What challenges are you facing at the moment and how might you overcome them?

How can I help you pursue your potential, be more engaged, passionate and fulfilled please get in touch and have a chat.
