Why Brendon

Brendon is passionate about helping people, teams and organisations successfully pursue their potential and achieve peak performance.  Brendon wants people to be engaged in their work, passionate about their career and live fulfilling lives. 

Brendon is an experienced coach, facilitator and has worked in the APS for over 18 years. He has developed this workshop to combine his knowledge and experience from these areas. Brendon understands the context that public servants work in and has identified ways that a coaching approach to public service leadership can be implemented to achieve great outcomes for individuals, teams and organisations.

As a facilitator Brendon creates a collaborative and open environment where people can share and learn together.  In addition to sharing his knowledge and experience Brendon punctuates his workshops with fun and humour to embed the learning, strengthen relationships and ensure that both individual and group learning needs are achieved.

Brendon coaches people to build awareness of the factors that are influencing performance and identify strengths which could be applied to achieve their desired outcomes.  Brendon most enjoys working with people who feel stuck, are open to change, thinking in new ways and experiencing growth.  Brendon has been described by previous coaching clients as curious, warm, brave, passionate, forward thinking and empowering.Â
