Individual and team wellbeing is growing in focus as part of senior and core leaders annual performance plans and goals. This is a fantastic development to further embed the behaviours I believe leaders should be displaying in their workplaces. Additionally, there are a number of benefits for engagement, productivity and retention.
When an organisation strategically places personal and workplace wellbeing front and centre, productivity lifts by up to 30%, engagement increases by over 40% and creativity and innovation increase by 50%. Plus, burnout reduces by 125% and organisations are 4 x less likely to lose key talent.
The challenge I often see leaders grappling with is how to identify the wellbeing strengths they can leverage or the areas they should focus on to get best outcomes for the individuals in their teams. Additionally, it can be hard to quantify the improvement and return on the investment made by the organisation.
Global Leadership Wellbeing Survey (GLWS)
The GLWS Personal Wellbeing Report provides deep insights into a range of opportunities and challenges that might otherwise remain hidden.
The GLWS has been developed specifically to understand exactly what’s shaping a leader’s ability to perform and stay at their best – at work and in their personal lives by providing deep insights into a range of challenges that might otherwise remain hidden.
What’s involved?
There are 126 questions in the GLWS and the whole survey takes 15-20 minutes to complete in a simple and easy online administration.
Upon completion, a Personal Wellbeing Report is generated and then reviewed in a confidential, one to one debrief with myself.
During the debrief, you will be guided on identifying your personal wellbeing priorities and how to take action on these. There is a strong emphasis on self-responsibility in the wellbeing debrief and coaching session, underpinned by support and encouragement to take the identified actions. During the GLWS debrief, I guide you through relevant resources, tools and tips (tailored to the wellbeing domains and questions) in pursuit of positive change in your wellbeing.
